I have a Year 2000 Mercury EFI 200hp that initially starts then dies out within seconds as if its starving for fuel. The fuel pressure is within the proper range, the fuel pump is brand new, all of the voltages check ok, the fuel is good, spark is good, outboard is hooked up to a remote test tank and a shop keyswitch harness..
